Hey Babis. Everyone grows at different rates, so the only way to know what yours is would be to measure it once a month. Generally, it is about half an inch every month. You'll know when it's terminal if you start to see the growth slow down, or stop completely.

Is it possible some hair reach at the terminal length while some other still grows?

It's definitely possible that some areas will slow down as others continue to grow. It's nothing to worry about. You can always trim to maintain the length and shape of your beard.

The only scenario which I worry and I'm afraid is if my terminal length is shorter from my wanted or my goal Bridges at least 8 or 9 in. I don't care too much about the time but you find you that my terminal length will reach my desire then I would be relaxed

As we get older, the terminal length increases. If it reaches terminal before your goal, just maintain it and wait a little bit. Eventually, you'll get to the length you've been looking for.

If I understood right, when a hair completes all 3 phases then it reborn with longer terminal length.?

Your hair doesn't get reborn. Instead, it goes back to the previous stage where it continues to grow. Then you reach your new terminal length and the process repeats itself.

I don't know if there really is such a thing as terminal length. The hair just slows down in growth rate. But it will still grow, just very slow. Plus the hair grows at different rates anyway. My moustache grows about a third the rate as my chin area. I haven't trimmed my moustache for two years and its still not as I'd like it. But it is still growing.
