I recently placed an order in which the USPS admitted fault and broke one of my beard oil bottles. I felt it was worth notifying the good guys at Beardbrand for their information purposes only. The guys stepped up to my response immediately (within two hours of my email) and promptly put together another shipment of my destroyed product! Not their fault...but a really manly thing to do to make it right! Thank you guys for doing great business and putting your customers first. And thanks for being men and doing something about it! You guys have a forever customer! Beard on!
